Risk Ranking

Home > Software > Hazop+ 6.0 > Risk Ranking

Risk Rankings allow you to assign safety or cost risks to combinations of severity and likelihood for the identified hazards.

Hazop Risk Ranking Matrix

The Risk Rankings data sheet allows the user to create one or more risk ranking matrices associated with the HAZOP study. In addition to the severity and likelihood study columns any pair of pre-defined (or custom) study columns can be used as the inputs to the risk ranking matrix. Any study column (or custom column) can be used as the output from the risk ranking matrix, in addition to the safety and cost ranking fields.

Pre-defined and Customizable Matrices

Hazop+ gives you the option of using pre-defined Risk Rankings for Cost or Safety.

You also have the option of creating your own custom Risk Rankings by selecting input and output columns then assigning suitable values to the matrix.
