Reliability Workbench

Reliability Workbench is Isograph’s flagship suite of reliability, safety and maintainability software. The software has been in continuous development since the 1980s. It is easy to use and is a great tool for all reliability and maintenance professionals.

Fault Tree Analysis

Reliability Centered Maintenance

The Availability Workbench RCMCost module implements the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) procedure for determining maintenance strategies based on reliability techniques and encompasses well-known analysis methods such as Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA). RCM procedures take into account the prime objectives of a maintenance program: minimizing costs,  meeting safety, operational and environmental goals.

Hazop+

Isograph’s powerful Hazop+ software greatly simplifies the tasks associated with the setup, recording,  managing and reporting of a HAZOP study.  Hence a HAZOP study can be completed much more quickly and cost-effectively.

Availability Workbench

Availability Workbench is our flagship suite of reliability centered maintenance (RCM) and availability simulation software and also includes Weibull Analysis, Process Reliability and Life Cycle Costing modules.

Availability Workbench incorporates portals which allow the user to download data from SAP, Maximo and Ellipse for use in RCM analyses.

Reliability Workbench incorporating FaultTree+

Reliability Workbench combines Fault Tree, Event Tree, Markov,  FMECA, failure rate and maintainability prediction,  Reliability Allocation, and Reliability Block Diagram  analysis.

Reliability Workbench supports the following prediction standards: MIL-HDBK-217, Telcordia SR-332, Quanterion 217 Plus, IEC TR 62380, NSWC, GJB/z 299B and 299C, and Siemens SN29500.

Network Availability Prediction

Network Availability Prediction enables users to predict the availability and reliability of communication networks. The  network availability model utilizes an extended Reliability Block Diagram (RBD) methodology that addresses the specific characteristics of network elements and their connections.  Network Availability Prediction  provides many time-saving features to allow users to quickly construct the network diagram. These include a parts library facility that allows users to import their parts data in convenient groupings, a network element library facility that allows users to construct common network element diagrams and a fully interactive network diagram construction facility.

AttackTree+

AttackTree+ is an invaluable tool to system designers and security personnel allowing them model the threats against systems in a graphical easy-to-understand manner.

The effectiveness of internet security, network security, banking system security, installation and personnel security may all be modeled using attack trees. It is capable of analyzing complex and dependent systems, enabling  optimization of your reliability and maintenance strategy.
