March 2026 - Isograph are pleased to announce the release of Reliability Workbench 16.0.1.
1. The RBD copy and paste special dialog has been improved so that users can view system and component blocks in the same list. When a system block is selected as a reference block then all sibling blocks are hidden in the list.
2. The fault tree copy and paste special dialog has been improved. Users may now view all gates and primary events in a single list and use a filter field to filter by id or description. Users may also choose to view only page gates and hide primary events. When a gate is selected as a reference event all sibling gates and events are hidden in the list.
3. Safety goals may now be defined in FMECA and assigned to component blocks in the FMECA hierarchy.
4. Users may now assign FMECA ISO26262 parameters to individual safety goals for each component failure mode. This is an additional option to the previous version and requires the user to set the ‘Split safety goal’ project option. Calculation results are displayed for the selected safety goal in the toolbar.
5. Users may now enter a second single point safety mechanism and a second latent failure mechanism for FMECA ISO26262 failure mode parameters.
