Adding Actions and Tasks

The Actions data sheet allows the user to enter information describing the actions and tasks to be performed as a result of your HAZOP study.

The Action information comprises the Name, Comments, Completion date, Priority, Status and Responsible person. The Task information comprises the Name, Description, Start date, Completion date, Status and Responsible person.

Additional fields may be added to both the Action and/or the Task information using the Custom Fields facility.
